Our goal is to develop and distribute tools to assess whether students are learning what teachers think they are teaching. 

Many personal, political, and economic decisions depend upon a reasoned understanding of basic biology, but there is clear evidence that students are not mastering these "biofundamentals".

Thinking scientifically benefits both the thinker and the broader society. 

We see rational thinking as the best antidote for, and vaccine against, irrationalism, wishful thinking, unintended consequences, and the inhuman treatment of others.
